Does PureMix only record Christian music?
While PureMix is a Christian owned business and works primarily with Christian artist, we do reserve the right to work with other artists. We do not allow profanity or lyrics that blaspheme against our beliefs.
If you are interested in working with PureMix, please fill out the form on our contact page and set up a time to come in and meet with us. We would be glad to talk about your project and see if we are the right fit to work with you.
How much does it cost to record an album?
All projects are unique and come with varying challenges. How many tracks are being recorded? How polished the songs and are they ready for recording? How rehearsed are the musicians?
Due to these factors, PureMix does not provide project pricing. We bill by the hour. A good rule of thumb is to assume that for every hour of recording time, there with be another 2-3 hours of mix and edit time.

What are PureMix's hours of operation?
PureMix operates by appointment and thus has flexible hours to meet the needs of most recording artists. We are available Monday – Saturday generally between 9 am and midnight to produce your record.
The Audio Video installation arm of our company operates during regular business hours out of the same office space. Our phones are manned to receive studio and AV calls Monday – Friday from 9 am – 6 pm.
We do not operate on Sundays and observe most major holidays.
What do I need to do to prepare for my session?
Going to a professional studio means you will be paying for the time in the studio. Being as prepared as possible will mean that you utilize your time well, which in turn will save you money.
